Dance of toys
The Teddy Bear Ball benefits Toys for Tots, so the event from 7-10 p.m. at La Puerta Dance Studio, 523 1/2 Main St., is a chance to dance or watch others perform for the low admission price of one new unwrapped toy or cash donation.
La Puerta’s students and instructors will dance, but there also will be a foxtrot lesson and open dancing sessions. Snacks and a silent auction will be available.

If a Western-themed Christmas is your thing, head to the Bar D Wranglers Christmas Jubilee at 7 p.m. at Avalon Theatre, 645 Main St. The performers will sing cowboy Christmas songs and throw in a bit of comedy as well.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $17 for adults and $10 for children 12 and younger and are available at Western Implements Ranch Rite, 2919 North Ave., and Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply, 3217 I-70B.

Get the voice
The two-hour finale of “The Voice” is on NBC.
Three people vying for the record deal are Cassadee Pope, Terry McDermott and Nicholas David.
And even if you have no vested interest in who wins, there will be plenty of great music to take in during the finale’s two hours.
Rihanna, Bruno Mars, The Killers and Kelly Clarkson are set to perform.
