Curtain calling

Catch the closing night of rock opera “RENT” at 7:30 p.m. in Robinson Theatre in the Moss Performing Arts Center at Colorado Mesa University.

The 20-student cast, including some faces making their main stage debut, became emotionally invested in the material of this musical, director Jeremy Franklin said.

“RENT” won the 1996 Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in the same year.

Tickets are available at the CMU box office on campus or by calling 248-1604.
