Dirt flies as monster trucks return to fairgrounds

Thursday, May 08, 2008

The big, bad Monster Truck and Mud Run Show returns to the Mesa County Fairgrounds on May 9–10.

Check out the action as the trucks race, crash and drive through mud bogs.

The fairground gates open at 5 p.m., and dirt flies at 6 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased in advance for $15 for adults and $10 for children at City Market locations and Napa Auto Parts stores. A family package (two adults, two children) is available for $40 in advance or $60 at the gate. Adult tickets at the gate cost $18, and children’s tickets cost $15.

For more information, go to www.mesacounty.us/fairgrounds/ or call the fairgrounds’ event hotline at 255-7100.
