Duties Include:
Responsible for the safe, efficient and environmentally sound operation of lease equipment, production facilities and water injection plants. This position has the authority to stop unsafe practices at any time.
Perform basic pumping skills to include: tank gauging, the proper operation of 3 phase separators, line heaters, and all attendant valve and oil seals and seal records.
Responsible for production and injection well operations including routine maintenance of equipment and maintenance of the locations to company standards.
Accurately complete well tests, meter readings and production and injection reports.
Keep down time and operating costs to a minimum and oil production marketable.
Utilize appropriate safety equipment and ensure that all company policy, procedures, governmental regulations, etc. are adhered to.
Monitor production and sales of crude oil.
Regulate flow of oil from wells to storage tanks and pipelines or transport trucks.
Regulate chemical pumps to treat oil to marketable conditions.
Monitor inject well volumes, rates and pressure and makes necessary adjustments to maximize water injection to oil production ratios.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
Performs minor repairs on surface production and injection equipment under supervision.
Has the responsibility and authority to stop unsafe work by employees or contractors.
Manage field inventory on production facilities.
Complete Hot work Permits.
Sign tickets associated with route.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of Oil/ Gas production and optimization experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Demonstrate knowledge of safe work behavior and habits
Adequate computer skills to work with Word, Field Direct, CygNet
Ability to lift 80lbs, maneuver heavy objects and operate machinery
Ability to write legibly and intelligently

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the social service programs.
Meet with residents and families upon admission.
Conduct and document a psychosocial history and assessment, identifying resident problems/needs.
Provide/arrange for social work services.
Communicate with resident's family re: resident needs, transfers, discharge and changes in level of care, and financial responsibility.
Maintains a current list of community resources to facilitate referrals, for residents in the facility, and at time of discharge.
Attends interdisciplinary team meetings.
Coordinates discharge planning and family meetings.
Provides advocacy services to residents.
Reviews and develops a plan of correction for social service deficiencies and provide a written copy of such to the administrator.
Reviews departmental complaints/grievances from residents/families etc. and provide reports to the administrator indicating what action(s) were taken to resolve the complaint per Five Star policies and procedures.
All other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
Current Social Work license or certification as required by state regulation.
Working knowledge and basic competency with a personal computer and basic software applications used in job functions such as Microsoft Word.
Demonstrated leadership skills applicable to a role in an organization such as a long term care facility.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of and ability to apply professional standards of social work practice in job situations.
Current knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations that apply to the practice of social work in long -term care.
Shift/Hours: 35/week
