Job Requirements: Valid Colorado Driver's License. Valid Colorado Class B CDL with tanker and air brake endorsements or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Ability to respond to emergency situations. Work Experience in Positions Similar or Related to This Job: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial equipment maintenance or with industrial electronics / controls equipment. Familiarity with high horsepower electric motors (480V), large capacity pumps, and hydraulic systems or PLC programming, telemetry equipment, and motor control circuitry preferred. Experience in class A or B water or wastewater treatment plant preferred. Must live or relocate to within 15-30 minutes of system boundaries to respond to emergency call duties and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Excellent benefit package. Salary will be

The Lodge Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the lodge building and associated equipment and appliances are maintained in a working, attractive and safe manner at all times while performing the functions of Supervisor.

Responsibilities:• Effectively hire, train, coach, schedule and supervise work of department employees.• Timely response to attend to guest repair requests and other Lodge departments or GHS Maintenance department. • Recommends vendor selection and job budget, schedules and oversees.• Communicate with guests/customers/vendors to resolve maintenance issues. • Perform preventive maintenance. • Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. • Communicate each day’s activities and problems that occur to the other shifts.• Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean up of the painting or repair area. • Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items.  Program TV's. • Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. 

Requirements:• Formal education, training and certifications in maintenance and management disciplines and skills or equivalent experience.• At least 4 years experience in Facility Maintenance.• Leadership and people management skills.• Prefer maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, construction and general maintenance.• Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, energy conservation, and/or general building skills. • Ability to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.• Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. • Speak with others using clear and professional language and in writing and reading directions. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. • Agility to move up and down stairs, service ramps, or ladders kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching and using hand and power tools. • Computer software skills necessary for data entry and management systems.• Must be 25 years of age or older.• Current Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record. Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records & background check. • Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.  Emergencies and critical maintenance situations may require the maintenance supervisor to respond any time day or night, 7 days per week. • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
