Business moves into historic house
This house at the corner of Seventh Street and Patterson Road will become the offices of Columbine Caregivers, a home care company. The property recently was rezoned for residential office use. It was built by former Daily Sentinel Pubisher Walter Walker for his son, Preston, and later sold to the parents of Gene Taylor, owner of the local sports store that bears his name.
