Monday — Pork egg rolls, garden blend rice, emperor’s stir fry vegetables, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday — Chicken fricassee, sweet potatoes, marinated green bean salad, apricots.

Wednesday — Roast beef, mashed potato, beef gravy, tossed salad, wacky cake with topping.

Thursday —  Corn chowder, egg salad sandwich, pickled beets, applesauce.

Friday — Beef cubes with gravy, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, orange/yogurt gelatin mold.

Gray Gourmet reservations and cancellations are required one day in advance. Special diet requests will vary from listed menu. Menu is subject to change due to food availability. Meal served at noon. Suggested donation $2.50 per meal. Information: 243-9844.
