Swiss Ball Titanic

Start with your feet against a wall in a kneeling position. With a Swiss Ball against your quads, hinge at the hips, placing your abs on the ball, grasp two dumbbells and bring them to a curled position maintaining a neutral spine. This is your starting position.

As you extend your legs, straighten your arms and come into a full layout position with a neutral spine.

Your glutes and abs should both be engaged. Your shoulders should be slightly engaged into your scapulae. Be aware not to hyperextend or arch the back.

Return to the starting position maintaining a neutral spine. Repeat for 12 repetitions.

Optional: Play the song “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion while doing this exercise.
