It’s a classic weekend in GJ
If it’s classic you’ll find it at the Western Colorado Classic Auto Event.
The inaugural event will go from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, at Canyon View Park. It will be hosted by Hilltop Community Resources and will feature a large display of classic autos, muscles, cars, trucks and specialty vehicles along with food, vendors, artisans, entertainment and more.
The classic autos will be displayed in 33 classes with the 2013 Marque being the Chevrolet Corvette.
A number of awards will be given with those who attend casting votes for the “People’s Choice.” Admission is $5, and children ages 10 and younger get in free. Register a car in the show for $35 for both days.
All proceeds from the Western Colorado Classic will go to Hilltop Community Resources.
