LS: Your Town Column March 08, 2009
Sometimes, too much of a good thing is — well — much too good.
With help from our many readers and their unique interests and clubs, our daily planner listings have grown at a whopping rate.
And because of that, beginning the week of March 16, we’re going to run just a sampling of the numerous club events and meetings on a weekly basis, in the Sunday paper.
Our Daily Planners and Of Interest column will no longer be published. Look for support groups and health-related items that have appeared in the Of Interest column, in the weekly calendar sampling on Sundays. Arts and entertainment events will continue to run in Out and About every Friday.
Keep submitting your events — all of the calendar listings are posted online at GJSentinel.com, and I’ll continue to highlight a few events or upcoming meetings in this space.
This is your community news — this is Your Town.
