Sacred Heart to sell Navajo tacos

The Sacred Heart Youth Group will sell Navajo tacos from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall, 433 E. Aspen Ave., in Fruita.

Cost is $7 for a Navajo taco, lemonade and homemade dessert. Meals can be eaten at the Parish Hall, or taken to go. All proceeds will support the youth and upcoming conference they hope to attend.

Potters Remnant hosting bluegrass


The Potters Remnant Church will host a free gospel bluegrass concert featuring the Savoca family at 6 p.m. Sunday at 3098 Interstate 70 Business Loop.

The church will serve burgers and hot dogs.
