Fellowship Church offers grief support

“GriefShare,” a Christ-based support group, will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. Mondays, beginning Sept. 14, at a private home.

The nondenominational support group, offered by Fellowship Church, is for those mourning the death of a loved one.

There is no charge to attend. Call Vicci at 628-1453 for information.

Emmanuel Baptist plans Bible study

 

A women’s Bible study will be offered from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Mondays, beginning Sept. 12, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 395 31 5/8 Road.

Participants will study prophesies that will take place before the tribulation. Child care will be provided.

Church offers animal blessing service

 

Church of the Nativity will host its monthly service honoring the human/animal bond from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Sunday at the church, 2175 Broadway.

All well-behaved animals and their humans are invited to the simple service of prayer, blessing and healing. The service will be outdoors behind the church building, weather permitting.
