Community service to be at Lincoln Park
The annual community Easter sunrise service, sponsored by the Grand Junction Ministerial Alliance, will be at 6:45 a.m. Easter Sunday, April 24, at Suplizio Field at Lincoln Park.
Take sunglasses and a blanket.

Last Supper drama set for Redlands
Redlands United Methodist Church will perform the Last Supper drama “Is it I?” at 7 p.m. April 20-21 at 527 Village Way.
The drama is an introspective look at the thoughts of the 12 Apostles as Jesus informs them that he will be betrayed.

Easter egg events planned
An Easter egg and scavenger hunt will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. April 23 at Monument Baptist Church, 23 Road and Broadway.
The hunt is for ages 1 through children in fifth grade and the scavenger hunt is for children in grades six and up.
All are invited to attend.

An Easter egg hunt and love dove release will be among the activities taking place Easter morning, April 24, at Unity Church, 3205 N. 12th St.
Weather permitting, the egg hunt will take place during the service at 10:30 a.m. and the dove release will be at 11:45 a.m.

Immaculate Heart to host speaker
Sister Marian Scena, a member of the Medical Missionaries of Mary, will speak at 7 p.m. April 28 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, at the corner of H Road and 26 1/2 Road.
Sister Marian will share her experiences working with and treating people living with HIV/AIDS at Faraja Centre, Singda, Tanzania.
