Want a taste of the valley?

Nearly 30 vendors from across the Grand Valley are slated to appear at this year’s Home Loan Taste of the Grand Valley.

The event, which benefits United Way of Mesa County, is a showcase of edible fare from vendors such as Enstrom Candies and Cowboy and the Rose catering. It will be open from 4–8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at the Two Rivers Convention Center.

Advance tickets are $13 for adults, $10 for seniors and $6 for children. They can be purchased at area City Market stores, Enstrom Candies’ Grand Junction locations, Mesa Mall Guest Services, Cumulus Broadcasting, Home Loan and the office of United Way. Tickets are $2 more if purchased at the door.

Vendors will be competing for attendee’s votes for best taste, best beverage, best theme and best of show.

This year’s vendors are: Two Rivers Convention Center, Vitamin Cottage, Village Inn, Dunn Right Gourmet Beef Jerky, Healing Horizons Heavenly Delights, Chipotle, Nick n Willy’s, Colorado Legacy Coffee, A Gala Affair, Juice Stop, Epicurean Honey, Mesa County Cattlewomen, Carino’s, Deep Rock, RE Foods, Cowboy and the Rose, Alida’s Fruits, Have Cooker Will Travel, Paradox Grille at Gateway Canyons, End Zone, EC’s Asian Station, Good Pastures Restaurant, Enstrom’s Candies, Smuggler’s, Guera’s Chili, Premier Concessions, Main St. Bagels, Qdoba, United Way and Partners of Mesa County.
