Musical entertainment was provided by “bone-tree” from Unaweep Canyon. Fried chicken and lemonade were accompanied by fresh peaches and ice cream from the Palisade Historical Society. The Museum of Western Colorado co-hosted the event.
The 2013 Fruita Fall Festival opened Friday afternoon, with a street dance and comedy in the evening and included vendors selling their arts, crafts, and food, a carnival, live music, and several special events. Saturday featured a bed race, dog race, and parade. Sunday included a car show, and a talent show.
