GJ Rockies' Beuerlein not taking baseball for granted
Drew Beuerlein knows all about second chances and is doing his best to take advantage of one with the Grand Junction Rockies. Beuerlein, who almost died of a staph infection in high school, was given a chance to play for the Rockies’ Rookie affiliate after being cut by the Angels in 2010. Beuerlein is willing to share his life experiences with his younger teammates.
