Another round of snow for Colorado

DENVER — It may be spring, but another round of winter weather and poor travel conditions are blanketing Colorado.

There is a winter storm warning in the central mountains, sandwiched by winter storm watches on the Western Slope and Eastern Plains.

The Colorado Department of Transportation has closed Interstate-70 eastbound from Burlington to Kansas.

The National Weather Service says most of the Denver metro area will end up with 3 to 6 inches of snow through early Tuesday. Up to 10 inches of show is expected in the central mountains.
