Laptop stolen at CMU

Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is seeking information about an alleged theft of a laptop computer that happened at Colorado Mesa University on March 6.

Sometime between 9:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., a silver and orange Apple MacBook Pro laptop disappeared from the music locker room of the Performing Arts Center at the university. Property loss is estimated at more than $1,000.

Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 241-7867 or at http://www.241stop.com. Information that leads to an arrest can earn a person as much as $1,000 cash.

According to the Montrose Police Department:

■ Michael Young, 44, is accused of theft and forgery.

■ Veronika Andrade-Zamora, 26, is accused of harassment, domestic violence and child abuse.

■ A sex offense was reported April 23.

■ A sex offense was reported April 24.
