Adult, 3 children found
Search and rescue personnel located one adult and three children after they called 911 the afternoon of March 26 reporting that they were lost outside of De Beque, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office. No one was injured.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Martell Walker, 23, received a summons on suspicion of giving false information to a police officer in the 1200 block of Bunting Avenue on March 22.
■ Michael Tinker, 56, was arrested March 24 on suspicion of driving a vehicle that was reported stolen from Oregon.
■ Michael Butler, 50, received a summons March 27 on suspicion of trespassing in the 500 block of 28 1/2 Road on March 27.
■ Items valued at $2,500 were stolen from a home in the 1900 block of Barcelona Way.
■ A thief stole property valued at less than $300 from a home in the 300 block of West Ouray Avenue and sold it.
■ Joshua Jensen, 31, received a summons March 29 on suspicion of third-degree assault and theft of less than $500 from Walmart, 2881 North Avenue.
■ Alyssa Stacy, 18, received a summons on suspicion of driving with a suspended license in the area of 12th Street and Belford Avenue on March 29. A 17-year-old passenger who was wanted on a warrant was released to a parent.
■ Clifford Allen, 59, received a summons on suspicion of trespassing in the 100 block of White Avenue on Tuesday.
■ Michael Sample, 28, received a summons on suspicion of assaulting a man in the 1400 block of Wellington Avenue on Tuesday.
■ Casey Fink, 20, received a summons on suspicion of stealing property valued at less than $50 from a home in the 200 block of West Park Drive.
■ A burglar stole items valued at less than $1,000 in the 2700 block of B 1/2 Road.
■ Property valued at less than $300 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of West Independent Avenue.
■ Two businesses were out $100 after two counterfeit bills were cashed.
