Report: Girl hit mother
A juvenile female was arrested Thursday on suspicion of third-degree assault after Grand Junction police were called on a report of a girl who struck her mother three times in the face, causing pain and injury, in the 1900 block of Barcelona Way. The girl was booked at Grand Mesa Youth Services Center.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Johnny Doak, 46, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of littering in the 200 block of North First Street.
■ Laura Clark, 32, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart, 2545 Rimrock Ave. Amber King, 24, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft under $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia, during the same contact by police.
■ Items valued at less than $500 were stolen from a parked vehicle April 1 in the 400 block of Hill Avenue.
■ A boy, 16, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of indecent exposure in the 3000 block of D1/2 Road.
■ Frank Robinson, 60, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of shoplifting at City Market, 200 Rood Ave.
■ Ezequiel Roberto Mirelez, 43, was issued a summons on suspicion of shoplifting Thursday at Walmart, 2881 North Ave.
■ Noah Sargent, 26, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of disorderly conduct at 1600 North Ave.
■ Jered Sawyer, 20, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of theft at Walmart, 2881 North Ave.
■ Jessica Gallegos, 21, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of disturbing the peace in the 2600 block of B /2 Road.
■ Items valued at less than $500 were reported stolen March 22 from 830 Gunnison Ave.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Department on Saturday did not release jail booking or activity reports.
