Damage at Mesa Theater

Alan Houlihan, 26, address unavailable, was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of theft and criminal mischief.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department, Houlihan caused more than $1,000 in damage to Mesa Theater and Club, 538 Main St., and took property valued at less than $500 without the owner’s knowledge or consent.

 

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

■ Stanley Newton, 66, was issued a summons Aug. 15 on suspicion of eating less than $100 of food at City Market, 200 Rood Ave., without paying for it.

■ Justine Gray, 38, address unavailable, was arrested Aug. 15 on suspicion of stalking someone with whom he’d had a relationship.

■ Justin T. Briggs, 34, 328 E. Highland Drive, was arrested Tuesday evening at his home on suspicion of assaulting and causing injury to multiple victims. He also had an active arrest warrant from Arapahoe County for suspected child abuse.

■ Brook Dawes, 23, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of stealing merchandise valued at less than $500 from 2424 U.S. Highway 6&50.

■ Ty Holway, 49, was issued a summons Wednesday evening on suspicion of stealing a landscape rock valued at $300 from the 1600 block of Cannon Avenue.

■  Anjelica Rivera, 19, was issued a summons Wednesday night on suspicion of stealing merchandise valued at less than $100 from Walmart, 2881 North Ave.

■  Daniel Garcia, 19, was issued a summons Wednesday night in the 1200 block of Houston Avenue on suspicion of marijuana possession.

■  Justin Simmons, 34, was issued a summons Thursday afternoon in the 2700 block of Unaweep Avenue on suspicion of marijuana possession.

■  Michael McCoy, 31, was arrested Thursday evening on suspicion of violating a protection order and bail bond conditions, after being contacted in the 2800 block of North Avenue on suspicion of intoxication.

■  Darcy Brizzolara, 39, was issued a summons early Friday morning on suspicion of violating a protection order in the 1200 block of White Avenue.

 

According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:

■  The Sheriff’s Department did not release a booking report Saturday.
