Darrick Reid was located at an apartment near the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Patterson Road, and taken into custody on a warrant regarding his parole violation, according to an affidavit for Reid’s arrest. Parole officers then conducted a search of his apartment, during which they allegedly found more than 50 grams of cocaine, dozens of prescription pills, several oxycodone pills, an ecstasy pill and two stacks of money containing $1,000 each, the affidavit said.
