Retailers report thefts

The following retail thefts were reported recently:

■ Kyle Livsey, 55, was arrested and released on a summons on suspicion of shoplifting at 2901 Patterson Road on Tuesday.

■ Nicole Hodgson, 30, was arrested and released on a summons on suspicion of shoplifting at 200 Rood Ave.

■ Courtney Taylor, 27, is accused of theft of property valued at less than $500 from J.C. Penney, 2424 U.S. Highway 6&50, in November.

■ Two people are suspected of stealing merchandise valued at more than $1,000 from a business in the 2800 block of North Avenue.

■ Domenick Barnes, 26, was arrested and released on summons on suspicion of shoplifting Friday. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest.

 

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

■ Two juveniles, 16 and 17, were arrested and released on summonses on suspicion of disorderly conduct Tuesday, at 1129 Colorado Ave.

■ A burglar caused damage valued at less than $500 while attempting to unlawfully enter a residence at 2983 1/2 Bret Drive on Thursday.

■ A thief forced entry into a vehicle in the 3200 block of Lakeside Drive on Thursday and removed property valued at less than $500. Someone forced entry in another vehicle in that area Thursday and removed property valued at less than $1,000.

■ A thief vandalized and removed items from a vehicle near 2474 Orion Way on Thursday, causing a loss of less than $500.

■ A thief vandalized and removed items from a vehicle near the 600 block of Theresa Court on Thursday, causing a loss of less than $500.

■ Jacob Kim, 27, is accused of assaulting and causing injury to someone at 515 28 Road on Friday.

■ Nicholas Kurtz, 19, was arrested and released on a summons on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 230 S. Fifth St. on Friday.
