Man sought on warrants
Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who has several warrants out for his arrest.
Martin Caballero Jr., 19, is named in four warrants, including one on suspicion of two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. The registration requirements stem from a 2009 conviction.
Caballero is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 970-241-STOP. Tipsters can receive up to $1,000 in cash for information leading to an arrest.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Alicia Mobley, 20, address unavailable, was arrested Friday in the 2900 block of D Road after an investigation found she was in possession of an illegal weapon and drug paraphernalia.
■ Latasha Burquez, 21, address unavailable, was arrested Thursday on suspicion she stole items valued at less than $1,000 from Walmart, 2881 North Ave., Burquez also had two warrants out for her arrest.
■ Michael Gray, 52, was issued a summons Feb. 6 on suspicion he stole merchandise valued at less than $500 from Safeway, 2901 Patterson Road.
■ A known male damaged property and harassed another person in the 1100 block of Mesa Avenue on Thursday.
■ A thief broke into a building in the 1700 block of North Eighth Street on Feb. 2, stealing items valued at less than $500 and causing less than $500 damage.
