Lou Schneider, 81, was reported missing Saturday by his family, the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department said. It is believed he ate at Golden Corral, 1100 Independent Ave., early Saturday evening and has not been seen since, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and gray hair, and may be driving a green, 1999, four-door Buick Century with the license plate number 551 WYA. Anyone who sees Schneider or knows his location is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at 242-6707.
Weapons citation issued
Kaysha Devlin, 22, was issued a summons on suspicion of negligent discharge of a firearm after firing several shots with a weapon just after midnight Monday in the 1300 block of Kennedy Avenue, according to Grand Junction police. A responding officer wrote in the summons Devlin was intoxicated, while officers recovered several shell casings. No injuries were reported.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Jon Stetzel, 24, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of carrying three concealed knives at Elm Avenue and North 25th Street.
■ Richard Young, 54, was issued a summons on suspicion of third-degree assault Saturday at 2635 Gunnison Ave.
■ A 12-year-old was issued a summons Saturday at 830 Gunnison Ave. on suspicion of being a minor in possession of marijuana.
■ A 17-year-old was arrested and jailed Feb. 8 on suspicion of punching a person, causing pain and bodily injury, in the 1400 block of Wellington Avenue.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
■ Shane Alan Rosencrans, 41, was arrested Saturday at 261 30 Road on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and driving a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
■ Benjamin Seth Guerra, 18, was arrested Saturday at 2772 Hartford Court on suspicion of third-degree assault, felony menacing, criminal mischief and underage consumption of alcohol.
