Stuck truck’s driver jailed

•  The driver of a pickup that became stuck on a median on the 29 Road Bridge just before 2 a.m. Monday was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
Samuel Kane, 21, who was the driver of the vehicle, was taken by deputies to Mesa County Jail, the department said.

      According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

 Randall Edward Bauer, 61, was arrested and booked into Mesa County Jail on suspicion of four felony counts of sexual assault on a child wihout force.

        According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:

•  Dorothy Spencer, 59, received a criminal summons for allegedly being caught taking money from a cash register at City Market at 569 32 Road.

•  Jens Alan Petersen, 26, was arrested on a warrant on suspicion of 15 counts of sexual assault on a child.

•   Daniel Stevens, 48, was cited with harassment for making several inappropriate phone calls to the Regional Dispatch Center.
