Armed robbery attempt
An unknown man used a handgun in an attempt to rob another man walking Friday night in the area of 13th Street and Bunting Avenue, according to the Grand Junction Police Department. The incident was reported around 7:16 p.m. No arrest was reported.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Nicole Villalobos, 21, was cited Dec. 28 on suspicion of driving under revocation after she was pulled over while driving away with the suspect from an assault at a bar in the 600 block of Main Street.
■ Tyson Bratcher, 28, was arrested on suspicion of introduction of contraband and possession of a controlled substance after she was accused of bringing methadone pills into Community Corrections, 650 South Ave.
■ A known female was suspected of damaging a man’s truck and tampering with his clothing in the 300 block of High Ridge Drive. The incident was reported Jan. 1.
■ Rudolpho Duran, 30, was cited Saturday on suspicion of shoplifting items valued at less than $100 at 2464 U.S. Highway 6&50.
■ Ricardo Espino, 33, was cited Friday on suspicion of shoplifting at 2424 U.S. Highway 6&50.
■ A vandal broke into a building at 2881 Riverside Parkway and caused damage estimated at less than $500. It was reported Dec. 30.
■ Luke Holmes, 23, was cited Jan. 2 on suspicion of keeping a disorderly house at 2430 Roan Ridge Drive.
■ Johnny Martinez, 50, was cited Dec. 31 on suspicion of criminal mischief after property was damaged at 446 N. 22nd St.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday did not release jail booking or activity reports.
