Crime Stoppers seeking details about bicycle theft
Crime Stoppers is looking for any information on the whereabouts of a stolen mountain bike.
Sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, a blue Gary Fischer “Sugar 292” mountain bike was stolen from a bike rack on the south side of the Colorado Mesa University Maverick Center at 1040 Mesa Ave. The bike has silver attachments to both of the handlebars and a silver bike pump attached to the frame.
Any information about the identity of the subjects involved in this crime can be reported to Crime Stoppers at 241-STOP. Information that leads to an arrest can earn the reporting party up to $1,000 and anonymity is guaranteed.

According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office:
■ Deputies responded to a complaint about a party in the 200 block of Danbury Court on Dec. 31. Several juveniles were issued summonses for allegedly possessing marijuana.
■ Chasi Rigli, 41, was issued a summons for alleged trespass on Jan. 1 in the 200 block of Whitewater Creek Road.
■ Twila Walters, 61, was issued a summons for alleged third-degree assault on Jan. 3, after deputies contacted her in the 500 block of 2900 Road.
■ Eduardo Hurtado Garcia, 23, was arrested on Jan. 4 on a $1,500 warrant at the Mesa County Justice Center.
■ Deputies investigated a report of a burglary in progress at a home in the 2900 block of Plymouth Road on Jan. 4. Approximately $451 in property was missing.
■ Cody Farr, 22, was arrested for alleged drug possession, weapons violations and violating a protection order on Jan. 5 in the 400 block of 32 1/8 Road.
■ An automobile was reported stolen from the 200 block of Terrace Court on Jan. 5.
The Grand Junction Police Department did not release reports on Saturday.
