Drug suspects arrested
• Two people in Grand Junction were arrested Saturday on suspicion of multiple drug charges, including possessing methamphetamine and marijuana with a child present, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
John M. Wilkerson, 37, is homeless, according to police reports, and staying with Camilla N. Freadrich, 35, and her child at their motel room in the 700 block of Horizon Drive.
Deputies allegedly found the two adults with the drugs and drug paraphernalia, and both face charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and child abuse.
Wilkerson also faces charges of bail violation, theft by receving and a weapons violation.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
• A thief stole tires, rims and the front seat from a 1980 Chevrolet truck Saturday in the 4300 block of V 2/10 Road in De Beque.
• Christopher Anthony Aguilar, 21, Grand Junction, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of contributing to the deliquency of a minor, obstructing government operations and violating a protection order.
• Jennifer Bojacque Nuusila-Caldren, 28, Grand Junction, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of child abuse.
