Two sought in auto theft
Parachute police hope someone recognizes two men allegedly involved in an auto theft last Wednesday.
According to police, on Wednesday morning two men were photographed as they used their vehicle to push a second vehicle from the curb. The second vehicle was later reported as stolen.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Crystal Ferguson, 40, was cited on suspicion of DUI on July 9.
■ Karlie Locke, 23, was cited on suspicion of theft on July 11.
■ Joshua Finley, 34, is accused of drug possession on July 12.
■ Someone caused a loss of more than $750 when an item of value was taken from a vehicle located near the 2400 block of Fountain Green Place on July 13.
■ An ATV was reportedly stolen from a driveway in the 700 block of 25 1/2 Road on Friday.
■ Harley Hutton, 50, is accused of DUI on Friday.
■ Someone broke into and stole property from a vehicle in the 400 block of Rockwood Lane on Friday, causing a loss of less than $300.
■ Someone broke into a vehicle and stole property valued at less than $50 from the 300 block of E. Valley Circle on Saturday.
■ Someone stole property valued at more than $2,000 from a business in the 600 block of Market Street on Friday.
■ Someone broke into a business in the 2800 block of North Avenue on Tuesday, and caused more than $1,000 in damage. The suspect also stole property belonging to the business valued at between $750 and $2,000.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office:
■ Emidigio Adan, 34, is accused of domestic violence-related charges on Friday.
■ Amber Mestes, 25, is accused of theft and second-degree criminal tampering on Friday.
■ James Salazar, 46, was cited on suspicion of assault on Saturday.
■ Casey Daniels, 31, is accused of third-degree assault and domestic violence on Monday.
