Kevin Macoubrie, 50, address unknown, was ticketed Thursday on suspicion of disorderly conduct and throwing missiles for his alleged behavior toward a 9-year-old boy at a lemonade stand, according to a copy of his ticket from the Grand Junction Police Department.

Macoubrie allegedly yelled, cursed and threw sycamore seed balls from a tree at the boy, while the boy had a lemonade stand set up in the 1200 block of Hermosa Avenue, the ticket read.

When officers asked Macoubrie about the boy’s allegations, the man told officers the boy is “always harassing him, making faces, saying things to him and making (thumbs down) hand gestures,” the ticket read.
