Child porn on computer
A 49-year-old man on parole after a sexual assault on a child conviction was in court Friday after allegedly viewing child pornography while in community corrections.
Staff members allegedly saw Daniel Martinez try to turn the screen away from them when they became suspicious that he may be viewing pornography on a community laptop.
A forensic analysis of the computer turned up 13 pornographic images that depicted children.
Staff said Martinez was the only person to use the laptop on the dates when the images were downloaded, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
