Strohm was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two children. He was booked into the Mesa County Jail on Friday afternoon.

Suspected meth on man

Ironwood Court on suspicion of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer, introducing contraband into the Mesa County Jail and trying to escape a deputy, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.

A deputy stopped a car in which Frederick was a passenger and discovered Frederick had a warrant for his arrest, according to an arrest affidavit. When the deputy told Frederick he knew had an outstanding warrant, according to the affidavit, Frederick ran until a deputy tackled him.
