Burglary suspects sought

Crime Stoppers of Mesa County is seeking information related to the burglary of a gas station and repair shop.

Sometime between 7:15 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, and 6:40 a.m. on Aug. 25, someone broke into Atlas Automotive on 1917 N. First St.

The burglars stole items valued at approximately $5,400 and caused nearly $1,000 in damage.

Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the suspects can contact Crime Stoppers at 241-7867.

 

According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office:

■ Someone stole a temporary tag off of a vehicle in the 500 block of Coronado Court on Tuesday.

■ Deputies responded to the 3200 block of Mesa Avenue to a report of an assault on Wednesday.

■ Deputies responded to reports of a burglary in the 1500 block of Baxter Street on Thursday, and money was reported missing from the residence.

■ Sarah Way, 29, was cited on suspicion of trespassing at The Corner Store in the 3200 block of Mesa Avenue on Thursday.

■ Deputies responded to reports of criminal mischief in the 3200 block of Diamond Court on Monday.

■ A fraud was reported in the 3200 block of White Circle West on March 4.

■ A fraud was reported in the 300 block of 29 5/8 road on March 8.
