Bail violation alleged
• Kelsie Ann Moore, 25, 2797 Oxford Ave., was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, bail violation, introduction of contraband and driving with a denied license, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
• Two people living in the 2900 block of Orchard Avenue reported thousands of dollars in damage Friday morning after vandals spray-painted their cars, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
A woman called the Sheriff’s Department at 5:23 a.m. Friday to report spray paint on her vehicle, causing $1,000 in damage.
At 8:15 a.m. Friday, a man called the Sheriff’s Department to report spray paint on his vehicle, causing $10,000 in damage.
At 11:45 a.m., a woman called the Sheriff’s Department to report spray paint on a sidewalk in the same area of Orchard Avenue, the Sheriff’s Department said.
There is no suspect information in either case.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
• No Friday activity log was available because computers were not working at the Police Department.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
• A thief entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the 400 block of Grand Valley Drive on Friday and stole items valued at $2,100.
