Assault on officer alleged
Police deployed their Taser on a man who reportedly struck an officer with a punch to the face on Sunday, and arrested the man on additional charges stemming from altercations earlier in the evening.
According to an arrest affidavit, police contacted a bloodied Steven Carbajal, 21, on Sunday night just before midnight. Carbajal reportedly was uncooperative, and struck an officer “with a closed fist on the left side of (the officer’s) face.” A shot from a police Taser was apparently “ineffective,” but he was eventually subdued by officers with their guns drawn.
After further investigation, Carbajal was accused of second-degree assault on a police officer, obstruction, resisting arrest, second-degree burglary, criminal mischief, third-degree assault and harassment.

After investigation, Mosher was arrested and released, accused of careless driving, failure to present evidence of insurance, driving under restraint and driving under the influence.
