Child abuse suspect sought
The FBI and law enforcement agencies statewide are looking for a suspect who is considered armed and dangerous in a child abduction case.
The subject is described as a white male about 55-60 years of age, 185-200 pounds, short strawberry blond or white hair and neatly trimmed strawberry blond or white mustache or beard.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a white Toyota 4-Runner that had a silver over black Thule car top carrier on the roof on Monday. That topper was recovered by law enforcement and is being examined for evidence.
The FBI says the suspect may have been living out of his vehicle short-term, and believe this vehicle is connected to the child abduction that occurred in Cody, Wyo., on Monday

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Cuong Pham, 47, was jailed Monday on suspicion of sale of more than 5 pounds of marijuana after being pulled over on Interstate 70 near mile marker 14.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
■ Several vehicles were broken into and items removed Tuesday at various locations, including the 2700 block of Monroe Court, the 600 block of Pioneer Road, and the 400 block of Stepping Stone Court.
■ Melvin Hunsberger, 36, was issued a summons in the 400 block of Cottonwood Lake Drive in Clifton Saturday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
■ A diner is being sought on suspicion of theft after eating at a restaurant in the 3200 block of the I-70 Business Loop and leaving behind a credit card that had been declined.
■ Obed Gozez-Almanzan, 26, of Clifton was jailed Thursday on suspicion of three counts of driving under the influence, and three counts of being a habitual offender for driving with a revoked licenses.
■ Samuel Charles Kesterson, 30, of Grand Junction was jailed Thursday on suspicion of first-degree burglary.
■ Scott Allen Martin, 36, of Grand Junction was jailed Thursday on suspicion of theft of less than $500.
■ Matthew Ryan Miller, 24, of Grand Junction was jailed Friday on suspicion of criminal mischief, theft, possession of burglary tools, second-degree criminal trespass and obstructing a peace officer.
■ Steven Eugene Odom, 32, of Clifton was jailed Thursday on suspicion of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
■ Ruben Rivera, 30, of Grand Junction was jailed Thursday on suspicion of third-degree assault and second-degree assault with intent to cause bodily harm.
■ Daniel Joseph Schreiner, 28, of Ocean-side, Calif., was jailed Friday on suspicion of criminal mischief.
According to the Palisade Police Department:
■ Officers contacted a suspicious person near the Palisade Brewery, 200 Peach Ave. The subject was found to be a designated driver who had been left without keys.
