Help identify car
The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help to identify the car pictured here, which is connected to an incident that began at the Target store in the Glenwood Meadows Mall on the morning of Sept. 20.
The 1996 white Toyota Camry with bra and sunroof was driven by a Hispanic man between 5 feet 10 inches tall and 6 feet tall with a skinny build.
People with information are asked to contact the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office investigations division at 665-0200, or remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers of Garfield County at http://www.garco crimestoppers.com.
Up to $1,000 is available for information that leads to an arrest.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Daphne Gutierrez, 29, is accused of attempting to drive her vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, assaulting a victim in the back of a taxi, and causing a hindrance to the taxi company on Oct. 5.
■ Cody Quintana, 21, is accused of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, obstruction, weapons possession, theft and criminal possession of a transaction device. The juvenile connected to Quintana’s arrest was screened into the Department of Youth Corrections.
■ A vandal caused a loss of more than $1,000 when numerous traffic cones were damaged or destroyed Wednesday on U.S. Highway 6&50 near 22 Road.
