Money lost to fraud
The Grand Junction Police Department said a resident in the 2800 block of Hill Avenue sent more than $1,000 out of the country in a suspected scam. The incident was reported Thursday.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
■ Peter Hamby, 18, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to present evidence, driving under suspension and displaying expired plates after a stop at 13th Street and Pinyon Avenue.
■ Seth Dodd-Flower, 29, address unavailable, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to remain at the scene of an accident and vehicular eluding, among other charges, after he allegedly caused two traffic accidents.
■ Delbert Gray, 41, address unavailable, was cited on suspicion of disorderly conduct Friday in the 1300 block of Sherwood Drive.
■ Louis R. Gonzalez, 58, address unavailable, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of theft at 200 Rood Ave.
■ Alyssa Gallegos, 19, Mario Paredes-Rascon, 18, and Erik Suarez, 18, addresses unknown, were cited Friday on suspicion of trespassing Friday at 2620 Legacy Way.
■ Kasie Kimmerele, 18, address unknown, was cited on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol Thursday at 1200 Houston Ave.
■ A male, 17, and female, 16, were cited on suspicion of underage possession of alcohol in the 1200 block of North Avenue.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Department did not release jail registers or daily reports Saturday or Sunday.
