Disturbance leads to ticket
Brandon Sullivan, 22, was cited on suspicion of disorderly conduct after officers were called on a report of a man yelling profanities and banging on the door of a woman’s home in the 1600 block of North 19th Street, according to a summons.
Officers were called after midnight Sept. 22 about a suspect also “throwing property around.”
Sullivan told an officer, who observed a strong odor of alcohol on Sullivan’s breath, he didn’t know where he was. “Brandon asked if he should have received any kind of ticket or paperwork,” the summons said. “I explained to Brandon that he was holding the ticket in his hand.”
Sullivan was left with friends.
