Utah man dies in rollover
One man is dead after an early Sunday morning rollover crash in Grand County, Utah.
Martin Velasquez-Ramirez, 26, of Green River, Utah, died after the vehicle he was in rolled, according to the Grand County Sheriff’s Department.
The accident occurred just before 9 p.m. about two miles east of Green River on Crystal Geyser Road.
All three people in the vehicle were ejected. No one was wearing a seat belt, and drinking is suspected in the crash, deputies said.
One of the other passengers was taken by helicopter to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction for treatment, and the third person was treated at Green River Medical Clinic, deputies said.
Steve George Maros, 48, 525 Elm Ave., was booked into Mesa County Jail on suspicion of first-degree trespassing, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.

A burglar entered a detached garage Sunday in the 2800 block of Teller Avenue and removed property valued at less than $1,000.
