Man sought on drug charges
Justin Delousee Bohannon, 28, is being sought by authorities in Mesa County on an arrest warrant alleging contempt of court on drug charges, according to Mesa County Crime Stoppers. Bohannon is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 241-STOP.
Soldier in feds’ custody
Terrance Hilton, 20, a U.S. Army private arrested Saturday at a home in Mesa County after eluding authorities on the Front Ranger, was released Tuesday afternoon from the Mesa County Jail to the custody of military police, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
Hilton had escaped a federal escort while transferring planes at Denver International Airport last week. A Fort Carson spokesman declined to say where he’s being held now. Prior to his escape, Hilton had been in custody on suspicion of being absent from duty without leave.
Trial set for Fuji figure
Suk Young Yu, 52, was scheduled Wednesday to go to trial April 5, but attorneys on both sides said Yu likely will enter into a plea agreement before trial. Yu pleaded not guilty to a lone count of felony pimping. Authorities allege she ran day-to-day operations of a prostitution operation at Fuji Oriental Massage, 762 Horizon Drive. Yu is free on bond and was allowed to appear Wednesday via telephone conference.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
Damage under $100 was reported after a burglary Wednesday in the 1200 block of Hermosa Avenue.
Knives and firearms were reported stolen from a home Tuesday in the 2800 block of Patterson Road.
Unknown persons used a victim’s debit card number Tuesday to purchase items from the Internet.
