Cindy Lemus, 24, was driving east on   I-70 west of Loma just before 1 a.m.  when a Western Colorado Drug Task Force officer spotted her changing into the left-hand lane to prevent a tractor-trailer from passing her, according to an arrest affidavit.

After she was stopped, the officer could smell the strong odor of raw marijuana, the affidavit said. Lemus denied she was carrying any drugs but consented to a search of the vehicle, which turned up two large bales of marijuana, the affidavit said.
