Jail offices to be closed
Inmate visitation, the records division and the civil division at the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department jail will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day. Regular business hours will resume Tuesday.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
Shelley Simmons, 26, was issued a summons Wednesday on suspicion of stealing items valued at less than $300 from Walmart, 2545 Rimrock Ave.
Reynaldo Macias-Hererra, 21, was issued a summons on suspicion of criminal mischief and harassment of a girl Wednesday in the 1000 block of Rood Avenue.
Devon Yarbrough, 18, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two girls, ages 12 and 13, were issued summonses Thursday on suspicion of fighting in public in the 500 block of 29 1/4 Road.
Clifford Lloyd LaCoe, 42, 342 Pitkin Ave., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of menacing, criminal mischief, domestic violence and harassment.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
A juvenile was reported as a runaway Aug. 24 from a home in the 3200 block of East Hall Court.
A bicycle valued at $463 was stolen July 1 from a home in the 500 block of 29 1/2 Road.
