Breezeway work has begun downtown

Construction begins this week on remodeling two Main Street breezeways.

The breezeways, located on the south side of the 500 block of Main Street and on the north side of the 600 block of Main Street, will be under construction through November 19.

The project is part of preparations for the second phase of the Downtown Uplift project, which will begin in January on the 400, 500 and 600 blocks of Main Street.
