•  Sarah Deckert of Grand Junction earned the certified sous chef designation from the American Culinary Federation. Deckert is a banquet sous chef at the Westchester Country Club in Rye, N.Y., and a member of the ACF Colorado Chefs Association.

• Gordon, Hughes & Banks LLP is joining Eide Bailly LLP as its regional public accounting and business practice on Nov. 1. Eide Bailly is ranked as one of the 25 largest CPA firms in the nation, according to the Public Accounting Report.
