Briefs: Bozarth Saturn June 06, 2009
The possible sale of General Motors’ Saturn line of cars won’t effect Ed Bozarth Chevrolet’s plans to open a new Saturn showroom this summer.
Bozarth General Manager Mark Miller said the showroom will open in late July or early August, with or without the Saturn brand.
“If Saturn ends up going away, maybe we make that a Chevrolet showroom over there. It can be used for a number of things,” Miller said.
Miller said he will plan to sell cars in the Saturn line if the cars keep getting made. It was announced Friday GM signed a memorandum of understanding with Penske Automotive Group to hand over GM’s 350 Saturn dealerships.
