College ski team fundraiser Wednesday
Colorado Mesa University, Telluride Ski Resort and Powderhorn Mountain Resort will host a screening of the winter sports film “Like There’s No Tomorrow” on Wednesday in the CMU University Center Ballroom.
Door prizes will include a set of ski poles and a Blackburn Bicycle Tool, donated by Board and Buckle. A raffle will take place. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20.
The ballroom will open at 6 p.m., with the screening at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 with proceeds going to the CMU Alpine Ski Team.

DeMolay chapter to have open house
Columbine Chapter Order of DeMolay will have an information night from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Masonic Center, 2400 Consistory Court.
The youth community service organization is for young men ages 12-21. Game night will follow from 7 to 9 p.m.

Medicare enrollment event Thursday
Navigators for SHIP — the Senior Health Insurance Assistance Project — will help Medicare beneficiaries consider health or prescription drug plan choices during an annual enrollment event from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the RSVP offices, in the basement of US Bank, 422 White Ave.
Choices become effective Jan. 1, 2012. Take all insurance cards, bottles or list of your prescription drugs, including dosage.
