Congress is going home and Colorado’s farmers will just have to wait.  My question is since Mr. Tipton has been talking up the importance of the Farm Bill all summer as he talks to constituents why would he not push for action before Congress leaves their work and duty to the American people?  Josh can spin it as he wants—Tipton caved to DC special interests and DC insiders.
