Any business entity, that attempts to do business, with a constant threat of being canned hanging over the heads of the core professional managers, several things happen.
1) No one uses initiative and imagination to do a better job
2) Such a threat rises to the level of a “threatening and hostile” work environment.  Not a pleasant atmosphere to work in.
3) When you destabilize your core leadership over and over, the ability for team development does not take place.  Everyone that has had the opportunity to work or play in a team atmosphere directed at a common goal, know how powerful and fluid that is.
Teamwork is a powerful and dynamic tool. It is obvious, none of these Commissioners have ever supervised a professional setting.  If they had, they would know how cost effective to the taxpayers, teamwork and a non-threatening work place is to the county.  We need new leadership for this county that understands business and planning processes.  We need 5 Commissioners, 2 of the 5 should be at-large.  Take the salary and benefits of the three and divide by 5.
